Benefits Advice

Derbyshire Districts Citizens Advice Bureau can advise you if you are unsure about your entitlement to benefits.

We can give practical help by:

  • helping you to work out your entitlement to benefits
  • helping you fill in the appropriate forms
  • writing review and appeal letters
  • providing benefit checks and better off calculations

If appropriate, we may be available to represent at HM Courts & Tribunals Service hearings. We can take your case to the Upper Tier Tribunal if appropriate.
